Key Responsibilities:

PPC and Paid Social Strategy Management:
- Craft and implement robust PPC and Paid Social strategies tailored to the diverse markets within Europe, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Leverage advanced analytics and industry insights to identify key opportunities and refine campaign tactics for maximum effectiveness.

Collaboration and Liaison:
- Collaborate closely with local marketing teams to understand regional nuances and develop localized strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Serve as a central point of contact for coordinating cross-functional efforts, fostering seamless communication and alignment across departments.

Strategy Development:
- Lead the ideation, creation, and execution of innovative PPC and Paid Social campaigns, leveraging cutting-edge techniques and emerging trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Continuously monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Implement data-driven CRO initiatives to enhance website performance and drive conversion optimization, leveraging A/B testing and user feedback to refine user experiences and maximize conversion rates.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis and regular reporting to track campaign KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced analytics platforms to measure attribution, ROI, and other key metrics, driving data-driven decision-making and optimization efforts.
