•  Grew monthly recurring revenue by 1,050% over four years for NSN’s flagship product, Velma CRM, winning head to head against Salesforce at national accounts including Union Bank, Bank of Oklahoma, Movement Mortgage, and AmCap Home Loans. 
•  Championed a growth initiative to sell NSN’s marketing APIs as a service. Created a sales model and a value-based pricing innovation by joint venturing with an industry-leading competitor to create a sales accelerator CRM, Loan Engage. The partnership elevated the company to a content and delivery leadership position in the mortgage industry.
•  Capitalized on an industry gap in marketing automation by using proprietary technology and partner relationships to develop the groundbreaking enterprise product, Connector. Conducted market analyses, created customer profiles, and used the business canvass method to develop this new software category.
•  Created an inside sales force to cross-sell value-added products to existing customers, expanding the install base add-on services by 100% within 90 days with a projected QOQ sales growth of 20%.
•  Sold marketing services to additional business units (commercial, consumer direct, HELOC, retail banking) at customer organizations, repositioning NSN from a single-use service (retail loan officer CRM) to a multifunctional marketing platform.

Lots of you travel as much as I do, and we've all been through hotel after hotel after hotel, generally nothing too remarkable - despite friends and family often commenting on our "glamorous" life flitting about from city to city. [If they only knew, right?]

But have to say I had a moment recently ... 

Nothing fancy, but recently arrived at a destination, pretty tired, a touch crabby, to learn I had been selected the "Guest of the Day" at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott. I have no real status so this wasn't a points thing ... and WOW it sure made my day. They probably do this every single day and rarely hear much feedback about it, but it made a big impression on me in terms of customer experience.

So I told a bunch of people about it. Now I'm telling you. 

So think about it ... creating a small surprise and delight moment for your prospects, customers, past clients - what could you do? And what might come from that goodwill you create? Food for thought. ❤️

I'm asking for your help to assist my daughter who has partnered with the @Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) to help raise funds for transplant-related expenses for transplant families who aren't in a position to cover out-of-pocket costs.

Help us meet the goal of $250,000 for COTA in honor of my daughter, Jennifer, who is off to a great start!   Jen had a successful double-lung transplant at 13 years old and is now 22 and waiting for her second double-lung transplant because her body is rejecting the original transplanted lungs.
