•Liaising with new and existing clients to job match candidates – setting up interviews, providing feedback, negotiating rates, setting up contracts and extensions
•Developing new business and building on those relationships – setting up and attending key client meetings
•Candidate maintenance and after-care support and advice, including on-going phone, email and face-to-face communications
