My key responsibilities are:

Scoping & resourcing - Taking the client brief & translating it into a list of key deliverables, working with the capability leads to work out how long we need to deliver the brief & ensuring that the best people are resourced to work on the project 
Project planning - Building out a project plan/timeline clearly identifying the dependencies & communicating them to both the client & the team at Jellyfish.
Budget management - Ensuring that the project stays within budget &/or if we are over pacing on something, to understand why and be flexible to change in the plan where necessary 
Risk management - it’s important to stay on top of the detail and spot any risks early on, highlight them to the relevant stakeholders & propose solutions if needed 
Stakeholder management - ensuring that I am meeting the expectations of the client & going above & beyond to ensure the project deliverables are executed in the most efficient & effective way
Learnings - encourage & organise retrospective meetings both internally & externally so we can continue to improve on our ways of working 

My primary client is Aviva Investors who I have PM'd 4 global brand campaigns for over the past 2 years as well as multiple digital/brand projects. I have also worked across YouTube & Channel 4.

Senior Project Manager

•	Work across a variety of different projects & briefs including global Campaigns, Elevated product moments, Strategy briefs, Proposition Marketing, Social, LA Pride, Returns & Packaging
•	Successfully delivered all projects on time and within budget

•	Organized monthly briefings to the wider team on the upcoming content calendar

•	Responsible for the content across House Seven website & app
•	Worked with the development agency to resolve a number of long-standing bugs across the site which were affecting the customer experience
•	Successfully implemented a new payment system for our Turkish members which required excellent coordination & communication with the team in Istanbul 
•	Trained team member to use the new system 
•	Worked with our agency & staff to capture their requirements to ensure we created a sound solution

Was responsible for training new members of our team in mobile
The go to person for mobile content (also supported across desktop too)

•	Implemented a new process for planning & executing the CRM strategy
•	Reported back to senior stakeholders on CRM performance on a weekly basis
•	Worked closely with the Account Manager to identify possible opportunities & coordinate any activity while always protecting the brand identity. 
•	Managed the social media for FC (Facebook, twitter, Pinterest, Google+ & the YouTube)
•	Increased the Facebook following by 22.6K via a competition that I created & produced
•	This was without any paid media support
