Responsible for providing support to the Research &amp; Development group as a partner to the team. Support the group in all HR issues including hiring, employee relations, performance and talent management programs and retention and development of employees.
	Work with the Director of HR and the rest of the HR team to proactively evaluate HR programs and activities; drive the creation, development and roll out of new programs designed to meet the changing needs of the organization
	Promote a strong internal client focus by building relationships, working collaboratively, and providing guidance
	Advise managers, supervisors and employees with respect to interpretation and application of HR policies and programs; provide expertise with respect to resolving HR related issues and concerns 
	Partner with R&amp;D group leaders to drive HR initiatives (i.e., performance management, goal setting, training, etc.) 
	Responsible for full-cycle recruiting process; utilize knowledge regarding the business needs of Genencor as well as individual departments, to develop and implement creative, proactive recruiting strategies to achieve required staffing levels 
	Assist with the creation of job descriptions, facilitation of postings and advertising, sourcing and screening, interviewing, and working on offers for candidates 
	Facilitate the Summer Intern Program 
	Develop and rollout Genencor’s global HR Scorecard metrics that define the key success factors for the business and HR organization
	Lead a team to enhance the Jobs &amp; Career pages on Genencor and Danisco’s website
	Responsible for administration of Genencor’s immigration and relocation program and processes 
	Support 50 R&amp;D employees in Brabrand, Denmark including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, merit reviews and performance appraisals
