Relocation to NYC to support growth of Join the Dots US. Transitioned to Research Director role at InSites Consulting with a retail and shopper focus. Responsibilities include:
•	On site client management and project delivery with consumer and shopper insights teams across a range of global healthcare brands and project types.
•	Delivery of end to end qualitative research projects from fieldwork through to debrief with a blend of digital methods (video groups, online communities, ethnography, social listening) and F2F methods (in-store assisted shops, shopper simulation, Gen Z safaris, workshops)

Research Director USA

Working across the marketing and sales journey from lead generation through to new client acquisition and meeting an individual sales target. Responsibilities include:
•	Market analysis and opportunity spotting with online community/digital focus. 
•	Client prospecting across LinkedIn, social media and industry conferences. 
•	Design and delivery of credentials presentations and pitches. 
•	Review of new client briefs, proposal writing, pitch preparation and commercial costing.
•	Composition of roster submissions and contract negotiations.	 	 
•	Engaging with procurement, finance and legal teams to establish supplier set up.

Business Development Director

Supporting the Business Development Directors and working independently to generate new leads and sales in line with growth target. Responsibilities include: 
•	Enhancing the relationship between sales and marketing and insight teams. 
•	Supporting business and sector strategies for new business growth.	 
•	Pursuing innovative project types to generate new business.

Business Development Manager

Supporting Business Development Directors and delivering execution of services to enhance new business growth. Responsibilities include:
•	Identifying and generating new business leads.	 
•	Prospect CRM management using Salesforce and social media marketing via LinkedIn. 
•	Preparation and attendance at credentials and pitches. 
•	Review of client brief, research team engagement, proposal writing and pitching.

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities include all aspects of research project delivery across a range of long- and short-term online community accounts and traditional qualitative research including:
•	Client and project management including budget and forecasting.	 
•	Design and execution of project fieldwork including moderation and management.
•	Moderation of IDI’s, tele-depths, focus groups, UX interviews, assisted shops/intercepts.
