Key responsibilities:

• Team Management: hire and manage a team of Behavioural Recruitment Executives, taking full responsibility for their induction, development, performance and future progression within the company
• Operations: create and develop key internal processes including; interview and recruitment strategy, induction program, training tools, time management structure, goal tracking, and personal development plans
• Overseas coordination: build, develop and successfully integrate a team of employees in other countries including travelling to and ensuring company cohesion across these markets
• Strategy: head up the recruitment department and work closely with other department heads to develop and implement new strategies to improve repeat business and meet company targets
• Project management: execution of complex multi-market behavioural recruitment projects including tasks such as; designing and managing online advertising campaigns, optimisation and pixel implementation, drafting screeners, coding questionnaires, advising on industry best practice

Key responsibilities:

• Project Management: create detailed and consultative traditional and social media insight and analysis programmes that are linked to client strategy and KPIs for a number of key clients
• Insights Analysis: present recommendations and actionable insight on brand messaging, influencer behaviour and competitive landscape based on best practice to key stakeholders - building strong client relationships
• Communication: build strong customer and colleague relationships through meetings, briefing and weekly calls
• Process improvement: implement cost saving efficiencies to increase profitability, use consumer research and evaluation to build target audiences and recommended strategies that optimise consumer engagement
