My love of facilitation, public speaking, and training stems from a lifelong desire to develop skills in other people. I am never more energized and engaged than when I’m in front of a group of learners facilitating their growth and development. Over the years I've created training on everything from the basics of graphic design to building a personalized professional development plan, and my passion for learning combined with my motivation to support the learners I work with has only grown. As a relationship-builder, I focus on developing effective working relationships that move my team and the organization forward on key objectives and shared goals. I'm an enthusiastic collaborator who takes initiative and anticipates needs at individual, project, and organizational levels. For the past 10+ years, I've been building high-impact learning programs across organizations. My learners, their managers, and organization leaders consistently report positive outcomes from my programs, and credit the learning experiences I create with helping them succeed. I am continuously motivated by curiosity and a deep lifelong-learner mindset. In 2022, I started my own business, Strong Edits, where I help driven, self-reflective professionals from all industries craft resumes that are impactful, strategic, and personal. I collaborate with my clients to create resumes that speak to their skills and interests and help them achieve their career goals.
