Working Chance is the UK’s only not-for-profit recruitment consultancy that works exclusively with women ex-offenders and care leavers. This role was responsible for the management of the Senior Leadership Team and a Fundraising Officer. Reporting into the Chief Executive, this role managed the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. It also worked closely with the Board of Trustees in order to coordinate governance related matters and inform the development of the charities longer term business strategy.

This role also reported into the Chief Executive and was responsible for the re-launch and management of the charities partnership programme - a membership service provided to corporate partners which included a suite of services including corporate volunteering, business team away days, training and recruitment services. This role was responsible for pitching potential partners and building measurable, long-term value and enduring professional relationships. I was also responsible for the interim management of the recruitment services and team prior to my promotion to Chief Operating Officer.

The Hyde Group is a social housing provider and Hyde Plus is The Group’s social investment division. This role sat in the Senior Management Team Plus and was responsible for the strategic direction and operations of five community centres and the management their respective personnel. This role was also responsible for the management of a programme of targeted youth intervention and support as well as an eclectic range of community services which met the needs of local people including A&OD services, counselling, youth clubs, older peoples services, school holiday programmes etc.

Thomas Pocklington Trust is a charitable organisation specializing in the care & support of people who experience sight loss and other types of disability/disadvantage through the provision of accommodation and other support services. 

This position was responsible for the day to day operations and management of the Pocklington Resource Centre Balham, the Wandsworth Home Visiting & Befriending service as well as the educational, recreational and leisure programmes at Pocklington Court, a supported accommodation service in Roehampton.

This position was responsible for the day to day operations and management of the Perth Medox branch which hosted and deployed a specialist workforce comprised of casual/bank Disability Support Workers, Registered and Enrolled Nurses, General Practitioners and Dental Nurses in a range of clinical and community settings in Perth and Western Australia.

 reporting into the Chief Executive, this position was responsible for the day to day operations and management of the Accommodation, Community Programs, Outreach and Flexible Support services, facilities and their respective teams of staff.
