Currently employed within the MASS team as PA to Head of School/Deputy Heads of School of the School of Languages, Cultures, and Societies, with additional leadership in School Events. Assisting with any matters arising in the MASS team, I also offer my assistance with academic colleagues, inclusive of physical, as well as clerical and technical assistance. 

In 2024, in addition to my PA and Events positions, I plan to take on the responsibility of Staff Sustainability Architect for LCS, with focus on implementing meat-free catering to encourage inclusivity of dietary restrictions and sustainability at all School events.

Assisting where necessary in the process of liaising with landlords as well as student and residential tenants. My main responsibilities included administrative detail-oriented data entry, assisting management in client relations, as well as preparing, editing, and proofreading outgoing digital documents. 

I helped manage tenant, payment, and property details on Jupix, as well as produced and managed documents on Inventory Hive, Adobe Sign, Excel, as well as EyeSpy 360 software. I operated POS machines for over-the-phone rent and deposit payments. I scheduled and assisted with viewing appointments with current and potential tenants over email and WhatsApp groups. Overall, I happily accommodated and assisted all staff, in various areas of professional and personal matters. 

Gaining more responsibility from beginning as an Inventory Clerk at this company, I had been faced with a variety of situations that have allowed me to adapt and acquire the appropriate knowledge and to best address the task at hand.

Office Administrative Assistant

Served non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, including wine, beers, and custom cocktails tailored for the venue to 200-400+ patrons per night. While assisting in set-up and takedown for large-scale venue events with up to 1,800 guests, I worked within a team to maintain a professional and enjoyable atmosphere to serve guests promptly. 

My responsibilities within this role included promptly serving guests with kind customer service and ensuring guests had a great venue experience, maintaining a clean bar area by wiping down and sanitising surfaces, loading and unloading dishes/reusable cups, maintaining the safety regulations by monitoring guests and de-escalating situations when necessary, and replenishing the bar stock. In addition to this, I processed cash and card payments from guests I was serving throughout the Engine Shed and Tower Bar venue.

I'm an extroverted, enthusiastic person who has travelled to and lived in many countries. My travels, professional experience, and academia have allowed me to expand my skill set and breadth of perspective that I am able to apply to my daily life.
