The role involved a significant level of co-ordination between a number of stakeholders both internal and external, combined with large periods of intense activity

Client Account Manager

Cadbury Plc

- Planned and managed the graduate recruitment process at all stages of the process
- Managed the graduate pages of the Cadbury corporate website: 
- Responsible for all content on website, including creating and updating employee profiles, commissioning photography and video downloads to ensure the site was visually appealing and informative
- Updated the pages manually using Sharepoint Content Management System 
- Took the role of Cadbury’s UK & Ireland Superuser for Stepstone’s i-GRasp, the online candidate management system utilised at Cadbury.  This position involved training new users to the system, identifying and resolving UK and global system errors individually or through working directly with the Stepstone technical team. 
- Coordinated the creation of appropriate marketing materials (graduate exhibition stand, leaflets, a yearly double page spread with the Times Top 100 Graduate employers, plus any newspaper advertisements or online buttons/banners/HTML emails as required). 
- Dealt directly with appropriate companies and also through our advertising agency to advertise our graduate scheme in suitable publications and websites
- Liaised with a graduate steering group consisting of senior managers and their HR Business Partners along with current graduates on the scheme to create a recruitment campaign that delivered the key messages that Cadbury wished to convey to attract the top graduate talent 
- Conducted research and built relationships with university careers services 
- Organised and participated in nationwide graduate careers events at targeted universities and event halls.  
- Coordinated the processing of circa 8,000 online applications p.a. through to offer
- Coordinated and hosted the interviews and 2 day assessment centres, on site and off site (including conducting face to face psychometric testing)
- Managed the induction of each year’s intake of graduates and industrial placement students

Graduate Recruitment Coordinator

Cadbury Schweppes

Recruitment duties involved:
- Organising interviews in the UK, Europe and America: liaising with hiring managers, HR representatives, recruitment agencies and candidates to arrange suitable times and locations.  
- Receiving job applications on the iGRasp candidate management system, forwarding CVs to relevant line managers and chasing for their feedback. Ensuring roles are advertised in the relevant method.
Internal Communications achievements include: 
- Organising a 2 day engagement event for 240 UK & European IT colleagues held at the NEC, Birmingham to promote communication between the IT Leadership Team and IT Colleagues.  I also successfully negotiated in order to reduce venue costs
- Coordinating weekly showcases for each department in order to increase communications within IT and promoting each showcase internally
- Coordinating monthly Managers Breakfast Briefings for CS IT managers and monthly Lunch & Learn sessions for all IT Colleagues
