From ICP Identification through to Expansion, supported by 12 disciplines. These disciplines include: ABM SDR Revenue Content Product Social & PPC Core Web Assets Tactile Marketing Analyst & PR Relations Events Community Each team member that Emma has recruited fully owns their discipline, understanding how it contributes to Demand. In 2020, we tripled our MQLs. In February 2021 we launched Everyone Contributes to Demand. So far, we have introduced 337 MQAs into the pipeline. These milestones have been achieved, and the team, processes and documentation is in place to optimize and maintain the 'Everyone Contributes to Demand Program.' The goal was to replace myself - another milestone achieved. I am actively looking to build the 'Everyone Contributes to Demand Program' again with an Enterprise B2B Business.
