I began by leading competitive benchmarking, developing a customer experience strategy, and proposing an actionable plan for the short, mid, and long term. Additionally, I implemented quick optimizations like personalized onboarding and improved customer support to reduce friction and streamline business advisors' efforts. I also devised a top 10 actionable recommendations backlog to enhance B2B and B2C engagement capabilities. This included well-documented hypotheses, advanced testing ideas, and simple, efficient reporting for assessing conversion rates and traffic quality improvements. Finally, I spearheaded the launch of a new payment solution, overseeing marketing and launch planning.
