I am a seasoned and trusted HR adviser, who is currently heading the talent development function for EPAM Systems in the India & APAC region. I am responsible for acquiring, training, developing, and managing millennial software engineers for EPAM APAC, and for imbuing them with the global software engineering culture and skills for the digital world. I have a proven track record of coaching and advising business leaders, managers, and employees across various locations and domains, and of implementing effective people interventions and HR programs. I have also played a product manager role in building internal applications and tools, and I have leveraged my HR and Systems MBA and my certifications in AI to enhance my HR analytics and generative AI capabilities. I am passionate about contributing to the HR community and the education sector and have been an ex-board member of the NHRDN Hyd Chapter, a Hysea HR forum member, an XLRI alumni, and a guest faculty member at various engineering and management institutions across India.
