I was lucky enough to be part of this project from its early days. Since I officially joined it, I am in charge of the continuous development of the marketing, communication and fundraising department : the definition of its brand identity, the increase of its awareness locally, then nationally, the definition and implementation of recruitment strategies for our beneficiaries, the development of all communication channels towards  stakeholders and those to become, last but not least, the diversification and increase of its revenues.
Along with a brilliant team, I run projects such as conception and deployment of new platforms (ERP/CRM and website), national campaigns, sensibilization events. I am also responsible for partners/donors relationships and have the chance to make, on daily basis, new connections with corporations or individuals striving towards the same vision: more equality, improved social cohesion, embraced difference.

Business Developer for Strategic Accounts and Legacies Segments including: conception and  implementation of retention, acquisition and up-sale strategy on both segments (corporate, private donors, foundations, funds and trust) through Direct Selling, Media Campaign and other Direct Marketing techniques leading to 40% income increase in 1 year.

Finances Coordinator:
Responsible for reporting to institutional donors; grant proposal drafting (ECHO, UNITAID, DFID); budget drafting, analysis and follow-up (up to 8M€/year); internal audit activities and cost control; accounting compilation; training and empowerment of national staff 

Human Resources Coordinator (projects up to 400 staff):
Recruitment (up to 50 staff recruited in 1 month); staff development (career plan, evaluation follow-up); organisation and implementation of trainings and courses

General administration  and procurement for projects

Finance, HR, Procurement and Administration Manager and Coordinator

Management of a Congolese regional project guaranteeing supply of logistical and medical goods in Eastern-Congo (600 tons/year transiting)
Participation to an internal audit leading to market assessment and new or re-negotiations with local suppliers
Management of security, context analysis and official representation with authorities and local actors

Networking in the utilities and banking sectors leading to 3 sales
Representation of the company at an international level for marketing events

Formalize the short term and medium term commercial strategies
Design and model processes and procedures of the commercial and marketing departments

o For a large Belgian Bank:
Product manager of various financial products
Conception of new offers based on market study, communication strategy and commercial channels management

o For a worldwide chemical company:
Standardization of commercial techniques and communication through MENA

o For a worldwide software producer:
Analysis of the distribution channels all through Europe through Data Mining
