I worked with the national stroke programme team in the clinical policy unit. I gathered information through secondary research and interviews to evaluate the use of funding for stroke-related health inequalities across the country. I completed an 8000-word situational report on how the regions in England used the funding, and the challenges and successes they experienced.

Learn 2 Innovate is a competitive cross-university healthcare innovation programme. I developed knowledge and skills relevant to innovating in the healthcare space, through interactive workshops and seminars. As part of a group, I developed and pitched an innovation idea to a panel. Our innovation idea came second out of the six ideas pitched on the final in-person innovation day in July 2022
