→ Step 4: Obsess over network effects.

↳ Every new user, partner, or data source should make the platform more valuable for everyone.

↳ That’s the flywheel you want.

→ Step 5: Stay relentlessly usercentric.
↳ The best platforms solve real problems in real workflows.
↳ If you’re not making life 10x easier for your ecosystem, you’re not building a platform—you’re just another product.
The harsh reality:
If you’re still asking, “What’s the hottest AI trend this year?” you’re thinking too small.
Ask instead, “How can I build a foundation so strong, my competition can’t touch me—no matter what technology comes next?”
