Headhunted from a lecture about Data-driven Sales. Responsible for the sales channel “Partner Sales” Instore across the Nordics, and a part of the management team. 

Areas of responsibility
•	Implement Data-driven sales and create a sales culture. 
•	Develop and lead the team and help them reach their fullest potential.
•	Deliver and manage strategic plans, P&L, budget, annual operating plans, and sales targets within the Nordics, maximizing opportunities for business growth and profitability.
•	Primarily responsible for driving, leading and coordinating revenue growth (new business and retention) of the product range through 3rd parties in the Nordics.
•	Act as the initial point of contact for the escalation and resolution of issues and problems relating to the 3rd parties.
•	Collaborate with marketing to build, develop and execute market-facing promotions to ensure a clear and consistent face to the market.
•	Collaborate with Heads of Intermediary roles to ensure alignment with distribution approaches and avoid conflict.
•	Evaluate and determine the approach to segments in market that can be targeted via 3rd parties engaged.
•	Work with the Partner Service team to ensure that the activities of the partnerships adhere to the terms and conditions of the partnership agreements, including service level agreements, and ensure that each partnership maintains its regulatory compliance.
•	Ensure mechanisms are in place to measure the performance of the partners.
•	Ensure information is kept up-to-date and compliant and that contingency plans are in place.

Team Lead Real Time Sales

A new business unit I established in Sweden. Just a pilot in the beginning, then managed to launch it in Norway, Holland and Finland.  The concept Real-time sales is all about acting fast on specific “triggers” whit in our ICP (Ideal customer profile) and work close together with marketing. 

Between September and December 2018, I manage to increase:
•	Our new business sales with 256 %
•	Booking hit-rate from 5.1 to 24,6 % 
•	Closing hit rate from 8.1 % to 15.6 % 
In my daily work, I was responsible for both sales and marketing activities such as:
•	New business sales
•	Running campaigns and Webinars 
•	Lead scoring and qualify leads trough Hubspot
•	Create videos and edit to create brand awareness on social
