I'm Emmy-Clare, Ops Manager at ChekRite. I'm a complete dork when it comes to improving processes. Now, all my worlds have collided - design, construction, and process. No one likes doing the boring stuff at work, and every role has some sort of admin attached to it. Admin is critical to business operations, and someone has to do it. It's time to reframe that.
