Developing shutdown scope of work, identifying, and coordinating mobilization of all shutdown resources, monitoring shutdown progress against agreed schedules, analysis gaps and to recommend corrective actions and ensure compliance to company procedure
• Coordinate and follow up with a multidisciplinary team of operation, maintenance, engineering, inspection, project, shops, and support services. To achieve the milestones for the turnaround planning and execution report.
• Lead a team of engineers, planners, and schedulers to achieve turnaround objectives
• Review work packs prepared by discipline Engineers and Work Preparers to ensure consistency in terms of sequence and integration
• Monitor field execution progress and report for the purpose of shutdown monitoring and evaluation.
• Produce the shutdown report and provide feedback as learning curve for subsequent shutdown.
• Provide daily progress update during shutdown execution phase and interface with the shutdown manager, asset focal points, HSE and shutdown leads
• Set the turnaround planning milestone target date on the assigned plants/units and follow up to achieve the target.
• Identify to the Shutdown Team any areas of concern, regarding delays/slippage that may constitute a change in scope. To prepare close-out report upon completion of Shutdown activities

Mechanical Coordinator

Coordinate the planning process for routine and non-routine maintenance execution.
• Develop and maintain planning tools to reduce planning cycle time and improve confidence and accuracy of planning schedules.
• Create and sustain the necessary planning management improvements
• Prepare activity templates, normalise duration and resource allocations for all activity types and trend analysis for use on future turnaround jobs.
• Interface with other maintenance disciplines, incorporate and monitor any interfaces with project (Plant change) planning and shutdowns.
• Prepare maintenance execution work packs; identify volume of work, required actions, relevant equipment tag/unique ID, specific requirements such as scaffolding, lifting & rigging, inspection requirements etc.
• Monitor and co-ordinate resource availability to ensure materials are available for planned activities

Planning, preparation and execution of scheduled turnaround maintenance of 6 LNG Trains
Entering and extracting data in support of site maintenance needs using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tools
Troubleshoot and ensure preparations to resolve motor, pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems and ensure that mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality
Interface with vendor teams and facilitate site installation, spading/de-spading, box-up, installing & removing of mechanical & piping components according to project scope of works and premise
Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with NLNG Life Savings Rules, Worksite Hazard Management, PTW, LMRA and correct PPE
Support the Project Team’s pre- and post-shutdown (Turnaround maintenance) activities, execution and close out phases, in accordance with company QA/QC manuals, work procedures, work packages and HSE Policies

Ensuring that Production logs for Zincoprim coated pipes, Spools and Production flowlines are up-to-date and correspond with reports received from sub-contractor
Reviewing of reports and documents for the compilation and preparation of the Project Data-Book
with Sub-contractor, Third-party authority and Client

QC Coating Supervisor

Ensure that the tests, controls and inspections of 3LPP and 5LPP pipe coating are carried out according to Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test Plans and collecting the relevant records
Coordinating the Receiving and stacking of bare pipes delivered on vessels moored at the Federal Ocean Terminal (FOT)
Achieved desired quality of thermal insulation from inspection processes during surface preparations and after coating has been completed to ensure compliance to the project specification
Successful load-out of over 1,955 pipes and counting while supervising the load-out of coated 5LPP pipes to Saipem base while ensuring the lift plan is being followed safely and according to project specification
