Open Study College

Transitioned from a bespoke CRM to HubSpot: Conducted stakeholder interviews and workshops to define project scope, requirements, and associated acceptance criteria. Established key success metrics and stakeholder benefits to inform project objectives. Prioritised requirements using the MoSCoW method, establishing a baseline. Trained and integrated over 20 telesales representatives. Consolidated five systems into HubSpot, overseeing the import of 100,000 customer records, maintaining communication with tutors and students. Coordinated development work for the HubSpot transition.

As Scrum Master for a Shopify E-Commerce Store, supervised subcontractors in UX design for the website and learning management system (LMS). Led five developers, defining requirements through user stories. Utilised GitHub for issue and ticket management, adopting the Scrum framework for website construction. Ensured HubSpot CRM and Etika finance provider integration, prepared GoCardless integration with Shopify. Developed a component library for reusable code. Conducted daily meetings to track tasks in two-week sprints.

As Scrum Master for building an LMS, applied User Story Mapping to understand user flows and interactions. Broke work into Epics, Stories, and Tasks, using the Fibonacci sequence for estimations. Addressed workflow bottlenecks in sprint reviews, implementing process improvements to move tasks to 'Done' status. Mapped and developed new workflows for LMS users, ensuring feature validation and verification through iterative checks each sprint, demonstrating ready-to-use features as developed.

Digital Project Manager

Managed 9 projects concurrently across 4 different Serapis lots. Responsible for projects worth up to 2 million pounds in total. Experienced PM within Serapis Lot 1, 3 and 4 frameworks.  

	Leading from the front and supporting technical lead with customer project issues, managing scope creep through change control, and setting realistic achievable dates for reviews and deliverable submissions. 
	At every progress meeting, asking everyone to share any planned annual leave and discussing the impact of planned leave to the review dates and deliverable dates. 
	Planned meetings in diary with PMO, to update on progress with projects for the Gant and the revenue within the APs to be updated to reflect the most current position.
	Important updates regarding projects are regularly communicated to the programme manager to keep the communication loop open. 
	Subcontractor management, advising the suppliers of the review process and working with them to achieve the best quality product for our customers.
	Tracking the risk actively with the technical lead and asking if any new risks can be added or previous risks that could now be retired. This would allow me to release profit early due to the retirement of risks.
	Regular close contact with technical leads through formal and informal interactions, always asking the question how we can help the customer meet their objectives for some follow-on work and what the follow-on work would look like. Do we need to increase our efforts to enhance the work we are doing?
	Calm and collective individual, feedback currently received is that I am a delight and pleasure to work with and people enjoy the enthusiasm and spirit I bring to the project.

Managing projects UK wide and using international resources for project specific tasks, employing virtual project management strategies when necessary and utilising cultural collaboration to enhance project outcomes. Currently generating 100k of project revenue every 4-6 weeks.

Opilio Recruitment | Digital Recruitment Specialists

I was hired to work on the Project Management Desk due to my specialist knowledge in the Project Management discipline and interest in the subject. The short stint as recruitment consultant was to fill Senior Digital Project Manager roles in London, offering Opilio clients, quality candidates for their roles. I enjoyed my time at Opilio, speaking to 15 to 20 project managers everyday about their day job. 

 Ensured projects were effectively resourced and managed relationships with a wide range of groups, including all internal and external project contributors.

 Manage weekly status reporting & issues/risks updates, and check for accuracy 

 Organise and articulate critical milestones, deliverables and project plans via Project Management Forums to varying levels of management 

 Responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with various project managers and senior management to communicate project status 

 Presented weekly status reports to Senior Management for the above program, covering project accomplishments, risks, issues & changes 

 Conducted in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate recruiting manager's preferences with a high offer-to-interview ratio.

 Conducted onsite and offsite client meetings with clients that resulted in a personalized approach for solving their business needs

Recruitment Consultant (Project Management Desk)

 Resolved service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. 

 Provided training and guidance on reporting regulations.

 Consistently achieved bonus by hitting all KPI 

 Collaborated closely with Help Desk to re-create customer problems as necessary during complaint investigations. 

 Evaluated complaints to analyse whether an investigation is necessary and when appropriate, lead and participated in those complaint investigations.

 Elected Voice Rep for department of 60 FTE and helped coordinate, schedule meetings with operations director.

Complaints Handler (ScottishPower)

 Acted as an escalation point to deal with high level complaints/escalations. 25 cases daily

 Assessed accounts and providing accurate feedback to customers in relation to complaints, clearly highlighting those areas where remedial or development action is required.

 Operated within the companies Compliance Review procedures and processes, ensuring that these are applied consistently alongside organisation guidelines.

 Worked in a positive and co-operative manner with colleagues in other departments and teams to solve customer concerns and complaints.

 Ensured that any complaints received were fully investigated in a timely manner and that all responses were sent within the set time frame.

Complaints Handler (Extra Energy)

 Duties included, setting up affordable payment plans, prepayment queries, submitting customer complaints on Salesforce, Taking Payments.
