Currently working as a head of department at knitwear dyeing and Processing department, responsible for production and quality of fabric wich also include shade matching. I am working as key player in dyeing and processing. 10 years experience in Textiles. Working in Style Textile top exporter company of Pakistan since 2016. I am a dual Professional degrees holder Engineering & MBA.I have born for more,I am in the world, I deserve to feel better,eat better, move better, look better and be better. 👉 I have Can-do-attitude:💦 I plan goals to achieve more as I have positive 💥 Thoughts💥Attitude💥Mind & Habits 🧠 Please review my #JDs: Being Textile dyeing & processing expert =>I have to Coordination with the planning Department and dye lab for the dyeing program as per machine capacity and priority requirement. =>Taking care of machine maintenance with co-ordination of the maintenance team. =>Dye & recipe selection with dye lab manager based on, customer technical requirement, processes & fabric quality , costing. =>I have to take care of Quality checks of the dyed fabric, shade approval of fabric with affirm expertise mostly I visit to the director office to discuss #issues. =>I am leading & coordinating with dye lab manager for lab matching of #shades in laboratory and ensuring lab to #bulk dyeing shade matching. =>Taking care of testing of Rubbing, washing, Light and Perspiration fastness. =>Solving the color matching problem during finishing and if required, recommending solution for the better performance/perfection. =>I am handling all types of fabric dyeing through my expertise. =>Regularly training & control the am's supervisors, operators & helpers of dyeing m/c. =>Ensuring ERP software application within the department for material movement, recipe & Inventory management. =>In case of major problems,I have to inform the department head VP to solve or implement the alternative options. =>Technical skills: Shade matching, Lab to bulk recipes, Dyeing, Finishing & Quality/Dyeing & Production Management. I always either solve the problems or leave the problems ,I don't like to live with the problems. I believe that a colorful 🖍️ and magical approach to problem solving is key. My success is having a high-paying career!
