a) Delivery of CSR projects without compromising HSE standards and guarantee of cost recovery.
b) Provide project management strategy on contracting, project execution and monitoring for community projects.
c) Engage stakeholders on critical issues to obtain buy-in and support of company’s business goals as well as create value for stakeholders with our sustainability programs through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects.

Project Planner 1, Community Special Projects (CSR)

a) Liaise with NNPC/NAPIMS line officers, Unit Heads and Departmental Managers to secure approvals for all Technical Applications including but not limited to FDPs, ATDs, Completions & Hook Ups, Permit to Survey/Oil Pipeline Licenses (PTS/OPLL), Maximum Efficiency Rates (MER) and any other technical application that is required within the company approved KPI. 
b) Advise the company on new government policies/directives with a view to achieving long-term strategic business objectives.

Acting Head, NAPIMS Government Liaison

a) Develop, manage and implement the regulatory compliance matrix (permit and consent register) for Technical Work Program (TWP) projects.
b) Advise and liaise with managers and project sponsors on regulatory compliance issues and make contingency plans to avoid falling short of deadlines/milestones.

Acting Representative I, Project Planning

a) Involved in the planning, design, and execution of major projects e.g. ANTAN FPSO Replacement, Integrated Facilities Upgrade Projects, e.t.c.
b) Facilitate and obtain timely requisite permits/approvals from NNPC/DPR and other government regulatory agencies (e.g. DPR, NPA, NIMASA, Nigerian Navy, Ministry of Lands & Survey, Federal and State’s Government Press) within the timeline established for the KPI to ensure uninterrupted operations in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
c) Expedite the link between company technical departments and NNPC/DPR to clarify and resolve outstanding issues on all proposals/applications to facilitate approval process as well as managing the interface between government regulatory agencies and projects, ATDs, FDPs, and applications.

Timothy has over nineteen (19) years of experience in the oil and gas industry and is currently the Managing Director of StrateDelta Nigeria Limited, a strategy, and foresight consulting firm, with the aim of “Using Strategy to Improve Business Value”.
