Supply staff for the Microsoft Marketplace Support Team
Ensure staffing, workforce management, and case load balancing to meet the requirements of the business
Represent Microsoft with customers via teams call, written correspondence, electronic service, forums and social media to assist them in resolving issues utilizing Microsoft products and technologies.
Maintain strong working knowledge of released products, take ownership for product improvement, and participate in pre-release activities and BETA programs.
Help with support content including Knowledge Base articles, whitepapers, training documents, forums and blog postings.
Respond to select newsgroups and contribute to proactive knowledge transfer.
Provide operational reports as required
Coordinate the addition/modification of workgroups in CAP.
Maintain CAP routing attributes (including creating test cases for routing rules validation).
Escalate issues that cannot be directly resolved and continue to track/manage the issue until a resolution can be provided to the developer.
Meet milestone activities tied to the deployment schedule for operations tasks.
Provide issue resolution for developers/customers that are upset or “hot” due to a bad issue or experience.
Input and maintain support topics on required forums.
Respond to routing logic problems in production and provide input for the relevant team’s investigation queuing and routing issues.
Perform troubleshooting of operations tasks and provide updates to the business and readiness teams as needed.
Maintaining “white glove” treatment/soft skills while representing Microsoft to developers/consumers.
Timely resolution to the business in response to troubleshooting/operations requests.
