Distributed Commerce mission is to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers wherever they get inspired. As the PM for Social Media team my goal is to build unique key user benefits to increase impulsive purchase on social media, leveraging a tailor made checkout solution (mediums: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook Messenger, Google voice assistant)

• Shaped, executed and ran a reliable and scalable distributed eCommerce solution | Result in revenue growth of 200 times YoY
• Drove a team of engineers, designers, marketing, and business from several departments to evolve our products by improving efficiency and customer satisfaction | 40+ releases lead to product-market fit 
• Managed projects that ranged from internationalization in 8 markets to the launch of new platforms, resulting in improvement of KPIs, such as Conversion Rate (CR) by 54% and Item Per Order (IPO) by 30% 
• Launched, iterated, and validated an organic customer journey: conversion and acquisition, including a long-tail of fashion influencers | End of Year target: 1/4 of department total Revenue
• Integrated and propagated tracking solutions to better steer the business | Roll-out of unique customer identification, GTM events/BigQuery and UTMs
• Contributed to shaping a lean methodology mindset and testing culture through AB tests and integration of Zalando custom AB test framework | 8 tests ran in 6 months

Vision: Enhance in-store atmospherics for brick and mortar businesses using latest technologies. We provided brands with tools that are always connected and constantly adapt according to the environment. 
Product: France first B2B music streaming platform, think of it as Spotify for retailers.  

I work on Product Development (Lean), Business Development, B2B Marketing (Email Marketing, Outbound) and Developing Partnerships.
