For Waze I was responsible for the full sales cycle. In the early days of the team, we worked to generate leads for companies to supplement the leads provided by Google. Once we received our Mid-Market agency book of business I was in charge of establishing a connection with the appropriate decision-makers in the organization. The goal was to create new accounts with their clients as well as farm the existing accounts they have established. My crowning achievement was signing In-N-Out burgers through the Shipyard agency. Google remarketing counterparts to Waze have yet to be successful in their efforts to sell In-N-Out burgers on their product. This activity turned heads in my upline.

Cold call sales, developing leads, creating opportunities for businesses to grow incrementally.  At AdRoll I am responsible for accounts that I sell for 90 days.  I work to make certain their accounts are operating at peak performance and meeting client KPI's.

TruGreen

Door to Door sales position.  Work at TruGreen was filled with opportunities to excel.  Each day 100+ provided leads lead to 2-7 sales.  Conversion rate was around 25% of clients that made time to converse.  Working in inclement weather, on their turf, with minimal tools at my disposal made this a formative experience.  I have gained much from this seasonal experience.

•	Warehouse:  Organizing, stocking, accepting deliveries and running a fork lift
•	Work in all aspects of small business providing soft water to many Cache Valley Residents.
•	Customer service as a sales consultant, service technician, and, telephone operator.  Work setting appointments, taking problem calls, and, solving problems for customers that visit the store.  Visit customer’s residences and commercial places of business to service and sell water softening equipment and other water treatment devices.

-Work on a variety of environmental projects, partnering with 10+ researchers to gather data, build experiments and creatively combat invasive species and preserve natural habitats

-Identified and gathered leaf samples in wetlands of the Great Salt Lake to determine efficacy of control methods

-Travel to remote areas, identifying and collecting 50+ charcoal samples imbedded in streambeds to chart history of fire in region and better understand the amount of tree thinning necessary to stop erosion, publishing findings with USU

*Partner with PhD candidate Eric Hazelton, PhD and the Smithsonian Fellowship Project to measure leaf and stem samples from the Chesapeake Bay, prepping samples for DNA sequencing and analysis

-Continually researching whether Phragmites australis basal stem diameter is correlated to stem height, while creating a published work that will include ANOVA, t-tests and linear regressions

-Create educational presentations to raise water quality awareness, partnering with Watershed Science and presenting to 300+ students

Technician

Served as a leader in an intensive Natural Resources & Society course, supporting the professor, grading work, interfacing with 90+ students and providing office hours as needed

Undergraduate Teaching Fellow

-Composed a grant seeking funds for a program to utilize citizen science and create a system supporting outdoor education for K-12 with the aid from higher education students

-Worked remotely, compiling information to assist a Faculty member for work on a National Science Foundation Grant

Grant Writer

Utah Conservation Corps

-Completed projects on Utah’s public lands related to habitat restoration, invasive species removal and forest fuels reduction

-Operated in teams of 4, traveling into remote regions of the White River, seeking and identifying invasive water intensive trees, removing them from the habitat for water conservation while saving 750,000+ gallons of water per day

-Worked directly with BLM management team and received wilderness first aid certification as well as trail building and saw safety training
