Communicate with different teams within the organise to create UserIDs required for remote access along with allowing remote access to work for certain users. 

Utilise Sophos security software to allow certain actions through the security policies for certain users based of approval they’ve been given.

Operate on the firewall to allow certain privileges to users if job description required it.
