Having lived on three continents in over 15 different countries, I gained a wide international experience in customer & vendor management across all organizational levels. My personal linguistic and cultural breadth has enabled me to bridge knowledge gaps that might otherwise have emerged, as we were growing in new or unknown markets. My main goal has always been to take the lead in translating our learnings and processes from one market to another. My background in consulting and process improvement lets me see problems from a variety of angles and wrestling them to ground. I am confident in my ability to understand a business process thoroughly and make appropriately data-driven recommendations for improving it. I have done this at companies across the packaging, pharmaceutical and FMCG sector (Tetra Pak, J&J, Kellogg Northern Europe), both as an employee and an external consultant. Across all my former employments, I have been adept at the stakeholder management and internal marketing that is required to effect organizational change.
