3. Celebrate the small wins. 
You don’t get medals for sending emails or finishing a draft, but stacking those little things is what actually builds a business.

You lose the group, but you can’t lose the discipline.

Most people overestimate how much motivation matters. 
But it’s habits and routines that make it work.. especially when no one’s watching.

But there’s a simple template you can use to break down exactly who’s winning, why, and how anyone can beat them.

Here’s how I do it every week for top private aviation keywords:

Step 1: Check the current top 3 results for “private jet London to Nice”.
Who’s on top? Which sites are claiming those first spots?

Step 2: Break down why they’re winning.
Look at the page type (is it a route or a service page?), the headline, how the content is structured, what internal links they use, and which trust signals or reviews they show. Don’t miss schema or FAQs if they have them.

Step 3: Find the gaps.
What are the losers missing? Poor H1s, generic titles, weak internal links, no clear CTA, or thin content usually stand out. Sometimes it’s as simple as missing a unique FAQ.

Step 4: Build your 3-point plan.
1. Create tailored route pages with clear, unique content.
2. Interlink those pages to all your main services and FAQs.
3. Add strong CTAs that actually drive enquiries.

4. Websites bury their expertise. AI can't find it. Specialist knowledge hidden in PDF downloads or team bios. If AI can't surface your 30 years of medical evacuation experience, it doesn't exist.

5. Companies use industry jargon. AI needs plain English. "FBO services" and "Part 135 operator" mean nothing to AI trying to answer "Can I fly my dog to France?" Speak human, get found.

6. Websites showcase awards. AI looks for recent activity. Your 2019 excellence award is lovely. AI wants to know what you did yesterday. Fresh content wins every time.

The pattern is clear: Companies are optimising for what they think matters. AI is showing what actually matters to buyers.
The fix isn't complicated. But it requires seeing your business through AI's lens, not yours.

I got a hot lead for a private jet charter through Perplexity this week.

Not Google. Not paid ads. Perplexity.

Visibility on ChatGPT & LLMs: Are You Invisible Where It Matters?

Ever wonder why ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Copilot can’t find your private jet site.. even when you’re smashing it on Google?

Real story: I just ran a site audit for a charter operator. 
Their Google rankings? Solid. 
Bing? Total ghost town.

Here’s the thing - browsing with ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot doesn’t necessarily pull info from Google. 
They potentially lean on Bing, their own crawlers, and sometimes random sources no human checks. 
So you can rank #1 on Google and still be invisible in half the AI chatbots your prospects are using.

- Most teams only use Google Search Console.

- Make sure your technical SEO isn’t blocking Bing (robots.txt, meta tags, crawl budget)
- If you’re ignored.. check canonical tags, duplicate content, and slow-loading pages

Easy traffic and visibility are up for grabs if you’re first to fix this.

Same city. Same services. Completely different strategy.

One broker chasing vanity metrics. The others quietly taking every qualified booking.

The shift isn't complicated.

Stop optimising for traffic. Start optimising for the searches that actually convert.
