If we let ourselves be driven not by our fears but by our hopes, everything will have a good end. I believe in the positive in people and would like to put this view into practice in my daily work.

Through my years of experience in the tech industry as Founder, CTO, COO and CEO, I have learned the importance of building self-organized teams and creating a sustainable and positive company culture.
 
This makes it possible to promote diversity in the company holistically and to work together as equals. It is also reflected in my leadership style and the products I develop. Because products also reflect who we are and also what we believe in.

This is why I decided to share my experience in organizational development and leadership through agyleOS with everyone.

My passion topics are organizational development, people & culture, diversity and anti-racism. I am always happy to share my experiences and expand my network with like-minded people.

Diesen Satz sagte Jens Spahn beim 70. Geburtstag von Friedrich Merz.

Und er sagt viel über den Zustand unserer politischen Kultur aus.

Ausgerechnet Jens Spahn – der in seinem Leben nichts anderes gemacht hat, als von Steuergeldern zu leben, ohne je außerhalb der Politik gearbeitet zu haben. 
Der Milliarden an Steuergeldern verschwendet hat – ob bei Maskendeals oder Impfstoffverträgen.

Für ihn scheint Politik ein rhetorischer Leistungssport zu sein: Wer den Gegner am besten „zerlegt“, hat gewonnen.

Doch Politik ist kein Boxring für Populismus und rhetorische Eitelkeiten.
Politik sollte kein Fest dafür sein, jemanden fertigzumachen, sondern ein Anlass, stolz darauf zu sein, was man besser gemacht hat – gerechter, nachhaltiger, demokratischer, menschlicher.

Ein Jahr ist es her, dass die Ampelregierung im Amt war. 
Ein Jahr, in dem man hätte zeigen können, was man wirklich besser macht. 
Doch wenn selbst die eigene Partei nichts findet, was sie als Fortschritt feiern kann, bleibt nur die Selbstinszenierung über die Zerstörung anderer. Das ist nicht Stärke, das ist Hilflosigkeit – ein Armutszeugnis.

Während Millionen Menschen in Armut leben, Kinder hungrig zur Schule gehen, Eltern keine Wohnung finden, weil Mieten explodieren, Schulen verfallen und die Lebenshaltungskosten steigen, feiert man sich in den Reihen der CDU dafür, dass man „rhetorisch zerlegt“.

Das ist kein gutes politisches Handwerk – das ist Zynismus pur.
Und es ist gefährlich, weil es die Demokratie aushöhlt: Wenn Politik zur Bühne für Spott, Spaltung und Selbstlob wird, verlieren die Menschen das Vertrauen in die Idee, dass Politik Probleme lösen kann.

Deutschland braucht keine Politiker, die andere „zerlegen“.
Das machen schon unseriöse Medien, die permanent Hass und Hetze mit Fake News verbreiten.
Und rechtsextreme Politiker, die Angst schüren und die Gesellschaft spalten.

Deutschland braucht demokratische Politiker*innen, die zuhören, verstehen, gestalten, verbinden.
Politik sollte wieder ein Fest der Verantwortung sein – nicht der Eitelkeit.
