Eren Çep started his professional career in 1989, working as a journalist in Bursa and later in Ankara, for approximately 6 years. Çep, later worked as a marketing and sales manager in retail sector. In 2000, he started his own company, Strategic Communication Co., operating both in İstanbul and Bursa and offering services to local and international institutions in marketing communications and management organizations. Çep, who has managed Loyalty and CRM based projects and various local launching projects of sounding nature, seated at executive committees in companies amongst top 500 companies in Turkey. Çep is experienced in agency and marketing/sales networks organizations, franchising, institutionalization in family companies, digital marketing and market and competitor analysis in various sectors and has also developed and organized outdoor training workshops of academic quality on Leadership, Stress Management, Risk Management and Team Work, adapting training models to actual boat sailing techniques and team work. Eren Çep, has given marketing based training to hundreds of employees working in companies active in a wide variety of sectors; such as retail, agriculture/farming, food, tourism, health, automotive, house textiles sectors and has taken roles as project manager and auditor in company projects for reorganization, management, institutionalization, mergers and launchings.
