•Provided technical support to the site supervisor and responded to issues on site in a professional and timely manner 
•Reviewed General Arrangement GA Drawings, Isometric Drawings, Equipment drawings and project documents(e.g Packing Lists) to reconfirm correct sizes, quantities, inclination(angular) and materials were accurate and to current specifications for site/shop fabrication and field installation 
•Attended site to measure and record specific information about the project and ensured information is incorporated, organized  and delivered appropriately and timely.

EGINA FPSO(Floating Production,Storage and Offloading) Project Fabrication(Phase 2) at Nigerdock Fabrication Yard Snake Island FZE, Apapa,Lagos.
Role:
I worked with the Egina QA/QC team comprising Welding Engineers,Welding Inspectors, NDT Technicians,Material Inspectors and Document Controllers. 
•Reviewed relevant documents, procedures,vendor specifications to ensure they comply with project specifications, codes(ASME VIII,IX, B31.1/3,AWS D1.1,API 1109,ASTM) & standards prior to site implementation.
•	Implemented Project Quality Plan and maintenance of standards procedure, WPS and welders/piping qualification- ensured compliance with QA standard & procedures including keeping of inspection records.
•	Performed surveillance at the Field and Shop to verify work activities are carried out as per Quality Control Procedures, ITP's, Method Statements, and Specifications.
•	Reviewed radiographic films to ensure soundness of weld as per Code Standards & Client Specifications.
•	Inspected materials prior to use fabrication and installation to ensure conformance to specification & reviewed material test certificates(MTCs) for all the raw materials purchased.
•	Witnessed/Monitored NDT, PWHT,Calibration of Welding Machines.
•	Interpreted weld drawings, and reviewed other NDT & PWHT reports.
•	Reviewed package for fabrication as well as line checking for installed piping.
•	Performed Final walk through for completed pipeline, fabricated assembly and installations with client representative.
•	Witnessed on site hydro testing of pressure vessels, pipe spools and valves as per approved hydro test procedure.

•I utilized value stream mapping to improve engineering departments capacity for utilities provision and support aligns with expansion initiatives as it relates to ensuring accurate delivery of power requirements, cooling requirements, steam requirements, maintenance manpower requirements, water requirements, networking requirements, compressed air requirements, CO² requirements, effluent treatment requirements etc. Avoided under-provisioning and overprovisioning.
• Coordinated with vendors, internal and external contractors, reported progress on day to day activities, supervised decommissioning, installations, commissioning, startup and operations of new equipment for new lines.
