If the claim is solid and reliable:

- Their "TRM" framework deserves more attention and research
- This is the kind of frontier research into small models that would make NVidia investors nervous. If Putin owned NVidia these guys would be mysteriously slipping in the bathtub, falling out of high windows and getting food poisoning.
