During my most recent position as a Group Vice President, Operations, I headed operational procedures and activities of the company. I supervised and optimized day-to-day functions and ensured daily business practices met defined operational goals to produce beneficial results. My other duties included conducting meetings with senior officials to discuss the planning and development of strategies to strengthen the customer base and accelerate revenue growth. I also reported directly to Chief Operating Officer and served as a liaison between the COO and mid-management.
