- Perform client consulting in the area of network engineering (hardware and software) using routers, switches, network security devices (ASA with Firepower Services, Fortinet Security Profolio, Palo Alto Firewalls, F5, Intel Security, ISE, Email/Web security).

- Lead CDW Canada networking team in designing security solutions for SMB and Enterprise customers.

- Participate in SMB to Enterprise client projects to continually improve/upgrade their network infrastructures.

- Serve as technical point of contact on customer engagements.

- Identify and communicate potential opportunities for cross-selling to the sales team.

- Ensure solution is implemented as designed to the customer’s satisfaction and approval.

- Work with Professional Services Managers, Project Managers and customers to manage expectations and timelines to ensure expectations and commitments are being met
Conducts/leads design workshops for complex designs to meet customer, business and technical objectives.

- Regularly providing high quality training to the CDW Sales force to improve their networking and security product knowledge.
