•	As a sales team we generated average annual revenues of between $6-8 million with an average profit margin of 35%. Through an extensive product catalogue we were able to service 90% of the available vehicle lines in the market place.
•	Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and developing an effective sales team, which grew from one individual to 18 during my tenure, allowing us to increase productivity and improve customer service and loyalty.
•	Independently responsible for over $1 million annual revenue, while simultaneously managing and training the sales team to our combined $6 -8 million revenue achievement.
•	Made the business case for, initiated and successfully opened the Canadian market to our products and services.
•	Developed and implemented sales strategies and tactics designed to enhance revenue, including monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts, scripts and promotions.  
•	Designed and implemented an on-line customer rewards program in cooperation with an on-line fulfillment company by integrating their website with ours.
•	Developed, launched and managed a system to track over 30,000 prospect leads.
•	Facilitated website design, management and administration, including unique customer-facing features, a customizable pricing system and methods to increase up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
•	Developed and implemented an internal dash-board feature allowing sales staff to track sales and profitability, including automatic readjustment of daily goals based on current performance.

Recruited, selected, hired, trained and managed a minimum of four sales representatives at any given time.

Opened the market for All American Automotive to sell products to the Service Department channel vs. only Parts Departments.

Made the case for a web presence for Nationwide and All American at a time when the web represented significant innovation in this market.

Helped develop the website concept.
