Eric is an advocate for using the design process to innovate a human-centred approach to how we look at education, change management and leadership. He is a keen advocate of problem solving the root cause, rather than the symptoms. He also blends excellent relationship building skills with proven people leadership skills and sound business acumen in order to drive positive change initiatives for organisations. He has been a practicing designer for 30 years specialising in visual communication, brand and brand development and sense of place. More recently he has been involved in tertiary education developing design curriculum based on creative and design industry needs to ensure student employability. He has high standards and creates a great sense of purpose in the team around him, and the people who work indirectly with him. He also works positively with others to help guide them in their careers.
