Entrepreneur and food-industry expert, Erica Bethe Levin is the founder and CEO of Globowl, an internationally-influenced baby and toddler food company.   A mom to two young kids, Erica knows firsthand how parents want delicious and convenient meals for kids that stave off picky eating, potentially mitigate allergies and launch our little ones into a lifetime of healthy and adventurous eating. She was one of the first employees - hired to launch and run the Chicago market - for venture-backed Reserve, which sold to Resy in 2018. Erica was selected as one of the very first female founders at 1871, Chicago's largest tech hub and incubator, where she launched CheekyChicago. In a few short years, Erica grew the multi-media platform into the city’s number one online resource for women.   Erica currently serves on the Executive Board of Northwestern University's Council of 100, an invitation-only cohort of top-tier graduates selected to mentor female students and alumnae, is a Techstars powered by JP Morgan graduate and the winner of 2023's Naturally Chicago pitch slam.
