In my position on the board, I help grow and retain membership and set up networking, mentoring and educational events related to the metals industry. -Manage current accounts within a sales territory with yearly revenue   of $500k, ensure their satisfaction, meet their marketing needs, and coordinate advertising campaigns with multiple departments 

-Up sell current customers with new products and service with a focus on digital advertising

-Proven success in selling to advertising agencies and directly with businesses in finding out their audience and target with our digital products ranging from advanced targeting with an extended network, multi-platform digital display ads, to search engine marketing and search engine optimization

Advertising Sales Representative-Outside Sales

I handled pre and post sale duties with a focus on digital advertising for the Chicago Tribune Media Group's North regional division.   This included advertiser marketing, creating proposals, reporting, digital operations, and fulfillment.  I created digital and mobile proposals and optimize digital campaigns to make sure clients are getting great ROI.  I frequently attended trainings about new digital and out of home products in order to be on top of new opportunities for my team's accounts and to gain new business.  
      I was the out of home liason for one of  our third party billboard vendors for all of Tribune Media Group.  I communicated with the vendor on the sales rep's behalf and make sure everything goes smoothly with the presale and post sale process for this particular product.
      Also, I frequently took on the additional responsibility of covering for sales rep's territories when they were out of the office. I covered two sales territory for while the rep was on leave and managed all of the current account. I gained new business in those territories  while handling my regular duties as the sales planner for my team.

Sales Planner

-Started out on a team to sell retail and recruitment advertising on a new innovative website in the Indianapolis market, which included promoting the website, developing sales strategies, and tailoring phone scripts and then moved on to sell Tribune Media Group products and services

-Developed and aggressively closed sales by sourcing leads, cold calling, and developing relationships with businesses in the Chicago market

-Managed current accounts, ensured their satisfaction, meet their marketing needs, and up sold current customers with new products and services
