RE:WORK TRAINING, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is creating workplaces that reflect the diversity of our neighborhoods. 

As a BDR Candidate, I help RE:WORK scale their impact by generating qualified prospects through my participation in their 8-Week Tech Sales Training Program, including:

Generate outbound leads & handle inbound leads for the company’s 8-Week Tech Sales Training Program, Donor Program & Corporate Partnership Program

Qualify and develop a robust sales pipeline for RE:WORK’s spectrum of programming 

Schedule and conduct sales calls and demos 

Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop regular strategic plans to meet the company’s monthly, quarterly and annual goals

Maintain and update prospect records in our CRM to ensure accurate reports

Communicate and identify areas of improvement in the sales process

Company Overview:  In 2001, Dylan Lauren who is the daughter of Ralph Lauren, pioneered creating the world's largest confectionery emporium and lifestyle brand, Dylan's Candy Bar. Currently there are over 17 locations and growing across the U.S. 

Duties Included:
Managed events for customers from start to finish.

Liaised between clients and employees to ensure customers events was successful.

Cared for complaints via phone and in person to help maintain client base while updating CRM

Substantial contribution to the team in increasing sales while maintaining efficiency in my role.

Attention to detail with event planning and processing orders with confidentiality.

Customer Service/ Events Coordinator

I’m the girl with the million questions. 

At least that’s what I’m told. But I can’t help that I’m curious. 

Building connections with people is what I love to do. If it's not the cab driver, it's the guy at the deli or a fellow customer being served a dish I haven't tasted. 

The words "Do you have to talk to EVERYONE?" Is a common occurrence among my beloved introverted friends.

I believe there is something unique to learn from every person and interaction, and that mindset has always led me to have a rewarding exchange that builds solid relationships. 

During 11 years in education, my passion for discovering problems, creatively solving them and empowering and motivating others is a skill that is powerful in the Tech Sales space. 

I'm ready to find some new leads that need your solution.
