•	Communicated new strategy and change initiatives to senior leadership and employees through presentations at global and regional conferences, virtual workshops, and written materials.
•	Delivered project objectives including cashable savings of over $2 million annually, streamlined processes, increased professionalism, and improved customer service.

•	Led a global change program to support a new strategy for recruiting and retaining management employees in all overseas locations, helping to save $10 million in staffing costs.
•	Implemented new Oracle ERP software programs to improve global reporting and management information for better strategic decision-making on staffing and recruitment.
•	Designed training programs and learning modules to ensure management staff globally received advanced development opportunities and embraced new processes and innovative ways of working.

Global HR Design and Delivery Project Manager

•	 Managed and led a team of 12 professional staff members in the areas of recruiting, change management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and learning and development. 
•	Developed multi-year talent strategy in collaboration with all staff and managers, resulting in compensation and benefit enhancements, reward and recognition programs, and improved morale.
•	Built and executed training programs to educate staff on interviewing skills, performance management programs, and new compensation systems.
•	Negotiated consensus with key senior stakeholders across 11 US offices to agree on significant organizational restructuring involving nearly 1,000 employees nationwide.
•	Designed and presented quarterly strategy updates and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
•	Advised and counseled senior managers on overall HR strategy, sensitive recruitment decisions, and difficult performance issues.  
•	Prepared budget modeling, forecast reports, and on-target spending for budget of $21 million.
•	Implemented an organization-wide job evaluation and salary review resulting in a new compensation structure and revised employment policies in line with market and regulatory changes.

•	Restructured policies and procedures for recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations for 200 full time and 100 part time employees in 2 locations. 
•	Supervised a growing staff of four employees in recruiting and benefits.
•	Directed large scale recruitment initiatives to open 11 new independent retail stores and relocate over 30 coaches, employees, and athletes per year.  
•	Advised senior-level executives on divisional reorganizations to save over $100,000 in salary expenses and implemented strategies to save the company $50,000 in recruiting costs.
•	Negotiated health and disability renewal rates with insurance carriers to limit annual increases, evaluated benefit options based on budgets, and launched communication program for all employees.

Human Resources Manager

•	Developed and executed entrepreneurial organization’s strategic human resources and recruiting systems and recommended global policies and practices to senior management.
•	Prepared financial analyses and forecasts of revenue, expenses, and headcount which resulted in $1 million in venture capital funding for start up company with offices in both the US and UK.

•	Redesigned and executed recruiting plan for 5 Mid-Atlantic offices within the Audit, Tax, and Information System practices to hire over 100 candidates annually. 
•	Managed intern program for 30 summer interns including recruitment, staffing, and evaluation.  
•	Established and maintained relationships with university career placement offices to generate top quality applicants.

Pinky Swear provides financial support for basic needs — housing, transportation, and food — while a child is in cancer treatment and fighting for their life.  We also provide emotional support to families impacted by a childhood cancer diagnosis. 

This role uniquely combines my life-long passion for serving children battling cancer with my corporate leadership experience.  I am humbled and honored for the opportunity to serve and grow the organization.
