I provided consulting for ground transportation solutions with the largest market customers within the Midwest Region.  Through different analysis I helped determine more cost effective ways to travel with car rental both on and off-airport.  My customer base received reporting and insight, as well as in person reviews for deep-dive discussion around their company's direction and how we can best accommodate as their car/truck/commute/car-share provider.

As a Sales Executive I sold and managed corporate accounts to companies partnering with Enterprise and National for their car and truck rental needs.  My job was to customize the car rental program to the specific needs of the company.  I would help implement the program to the highest proficiency by creating a solid relationship with the company's decision maker or travel manager and help them understand the benefits of the program and how the travelers benefit from it as well.  My customers loved using our brands as they rank #1 and #2 by JD Power's customer satisfaction awards, and offer their travelers an expedited process through Emerald Club.

As a Branch Manager I was responsible for managing the front end of the business with sales, customer service, and day to day operations.  Strategic planning was the key to success in accommodating to customer's specific needs as well as our business partners.  I built strong relationships with body shops, dealerships, insurance agents, and corporate accounts to grow our brand and create opportunity for growth.  I was also responsible for managing the back end with employee development, retention, scheduling, and receivables.  Every day was a new opportunity for my employees and myself to learn something and improve on how to operate a successful business.

Assisting customers through the rental process and explaining the contract in detail. Managing fleet of vehicles and making sure to utilize the fleet according to upcoming reservations.  Auditing cleanliness of vehicles.  Assuring customer service experience was exceptional!

I'm an experienced salesperson and consultant that has assisted companies large and small in every industry. Proficient in Negotiation, Business Planning, Sales, Management, Customer Service and Account Management. Recently shifted gears from working in the travel industry for 12 years to the HR/Payroll arena, but understand business operations and that companies need the right tools for their people and teams to be successful!
