Subsequently, led a 230+ member cross-functional and cross-organizational team to integrate, realize synergies, and achieve target operating models. 

•	Process & Metrics: Governed the transformation portfolio by establishing execution standards, well documented controls, workstream routines, and monitoring cadences, resulting in multiple satisfactory regulatory and internal audits throughout the integration. Established scorecards to track portfolio health, financials, synergies, and operational readiness metrics to deploy and adopt change.

•	Capability Builder & Optimizer: Created enterprise-wide program, project, and change management frameworks for a $40Bn publicly traded bank with a $155M annual strategic initiative portfolio. Spearheaded improvements to strategic planning and execution processes creating an aligned, engaged, and high performing workforce. Designed quality assurance program to adapt execution standards based on risk and complexity, resulting in 4 consecutive satisfactory OCC audits. Sponsored development of an executive data warehouse slashing business review and portfolio management reporting and scorecard production by 40%.

•	Technology: Implemented new HR system for performance management, learning, compensation, and recruiting, converting over 4k associates and improved efficiency by ~35%. Led consumer website redesign, improving click through rates by ~25% and create investor website to support IPO.
