I owned and developed the analytics product and strategy for hundreds of digital properties across the organization (such as FamilySearch.org, the most popular genealogical site in the world). We processed over 1.6 billion analytics transactions a month, published in over 70 languages, and reached a worldwide audience of over 16 million members and millions of others. 

I enabled individuals and teams to leverage analytics and make data-inspired decisions. This included everything from one-on-one training, general presentations, and technical implementation guidance for developers.

I influenced stakeholders to invest in user-centric analysis and solutions, focusing on meaningful Key Performance Indicators and Personalization through User Journey Mapping.

Strategic technical consultant for Fortune 100 clients in retail and high-tech verticals, driving their solution development and roadmap for Adobe's Digital Marketing Cloud (with a special emphasis on the Adobe Analytics solution).

ClientCare - solving technical and implementation issues in both English and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional). Supported all major products offered by Omniture. Developed support KB articles and other language based resources. Managed all technical incidents related to eBay Stores strategic account.

Managed a team of network analysts, including one-on-one training and delegating technical duties. Responsible for communication on high impact, high visibility incidents. Also in charge of the multi-million dollar facility's security and fire safety.
