Since completing a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Management at the Technological University of the Shannon, Erica started her career working within Finance, Sales, and Internal/Agency Recruitment. Excited to pursue her career in recruitment in Australia, Erica joined Miller Leith as a Consultant in our Contracting and Compliance function. Specialising within HR, Business Support and Finance sectors, Erica is looking forward to working on temporary and contract assignments for our partners and aligning great short opportunities with candidates’ career goals. Outside of work, you will find Erica working up a sweat at CrossFit, exploring Melbourne or having a coffee at a cute café with her latest book.
