A future Change Manager/Program Manager, I use my communication skills, customer relations experience, and Higher Education background to work with multiple types of stakeholders. Recent accomplishment: I am currently responsible for planning and managing multiple projects, including communication of progress to leadership. I Initiated and executed a streamlined online appeal program, resulting in reduced processing time by 66%, saving office and personnel resources. This was years in the making and it's live for my work community!
