Co-founding TeamSupport in 2008, I am one of three founders who helped build what is now a global mission-critical business solution for managing customer engagement and experience. TeamSupport strengthens customer engagement, enriching the customer experience and nurturing lasting relationships, all while reducing churn and driving expansion. In short, our solutions help businesses know, support and grow their customer bases. In June 2018, TeamSupport executed a successful Private Equity deal with Level Equity, which led to our creation of TeamSuccess, a customer success solution, and the acquisition of SnapEngage.com in June 2021, an industry leading messaging and live chat solution. While building and launching TeamSupport, I also Co-Founded ApprovalTrack.com, a SaaS based approval management solution. Prior to TeamSupport, I held senior leadership roles at Avid Technology and Sundance Digital (broadcast industry), driving customer experience, business partnerships, integrations, and passionate employees. In 2006, we executed a successful strategic exit with Avid. I am a former US Marine, having served with Third Battalion, First Marines and participating in Operation Restore Hope in Somalia. Following deployment, I reported directly Chief of Staff Colonel Steve Fisher, under the direction of Camp Pendleton Base Brigadier General C.W. Reinke, focusing on digital transformation operations.
