20+ years in various sales, marketing and commercial roles across diverse industries (animal health, pharma, medical device, capital equipment, technology and SaaS) I've held various titles and received multiple awards/recognition as both an individual contributor and team builder/leader - but regardless of title or function I have always been driven to collaborate with great people and find solutions to problems that stand between customer's needs and companies who provide great solutions. I'm comfortable and skilled at leading with and without authority and believe the best teams are made up of great minds, not great titles. Today I'm working at the intersection of Insurance and technology - two fields I've always worked around/near.
