FCCS is a division of Fidelity Investments, a diversified financial services firm that makes financial expertise broadly accessible to people investing their life savings, businesses managing their employee benefits and advisors investing their clients’ money. Mr. Walgreen assumed his current position in 2017 and oversees Service Level Management & Release Management, as well as provides Technology Program Management for broker/dealers, banks, insurers, registered investment advisors (RIAs) and other institutional clients through National Financial, Fidelity Family Office Services, and Fidelity Institutional Wealth Services. Previously with Fidelity, Mr. Walgreen served as Director of Product Management of the Institutional Technology group, Director of Application Management for National Financial, and Project Manager/General Contractor for Fidelity eBusiness. Mr. Walgreen joined Fidelity full-time in 1997.
