The idea of private equity has been fascinating to me for quite some time. As an advisor, I began learning about the M&A world and could not help but dream about playing ball in that arena. Acquisition has a higher probability of success than a startup. With 2,000 baby boomer business owners retiring daily there is clearly demand and opportunity. This day-1 cash flowing recipe is exactly what I was looking for. After years of struggling with multiple different startups (squirrel!), the good Lord continued and still continues to provide for our family to pursue this God-sized dream. We feel truly blessed to find our family of 4 (+1 soon) in the private equity space. We look forward to meeting more business owners, doing more deals, and getting more of Christ into the marketplace.
